My love for baking began 30 years ago in the warm kitchen of my teachers and principals, Claude and Marilynn, who taught me that cookies are more than treats—they're expressions of love and joy.

For two decades, I baked for my family while fear held me back from pursuing this calling. Growing up, I'd watched my parents sacrifice family time for business, and I was determined to choose differently.

After a journey of healing, I realised I could honour both my family and my passion. Now, from my kitchen in Sydney, every cookie is handcrafted with whole ingredients and intention—made to bring you a moment of joy, just as Claude and Marilynn's cookies did for me.
